New Products and Solutions
- New SR2 Spectrometer. Ocean Insight is excited to introduce the SR2 spectrometer, which provides high-speed spectral acquisition and delivers excellent signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) performance. The Ocean SR2 spectrometer is ideally suited for applications including laser characterization, plasma monitoring, and absorbance measurements that benefit from the instrument’s high SNR (380:1) performance. Ocean SR2’s combination of speed (integration times to 10 µs) and SNR provides application versatility without the trade-offs typical of comparable spectrometers.
- High-resolution Plasma Monitoring. In this setup, we demonstrate how the HR4Pro high-resolution spectrometer can help to monitor plasma-based processes for semiconductor manufacturing. The spectrometer detects plasma emission peaks that identify elements and monitor critical process parameters.
- QA/QC for Pharmaceutical Processing. With its high SNR and high-speed spectral acquisition, the SR2 is a versatile option for pharmaceutical applications. As we demonstrate in this setup, the SR2 can measure the reflectance of pharma samples for offline analysis or be integrated into manufacturing processes for QA/QC, raw component qualification, blending confirmation and more.
