Ocean Insight Earns Special Recognition

The Orlando Business Journal (OBJ) is a leading regional business publisher and sponsor of Best Places to Work (BPTW).

To qualify for 2022 BPTW, participating companies were required to have a certain number of employees in Central Florida, with all companies judged on the results of an employee satisfaction survey administered by an independent third-party OBJ partner. Those companies with the highest scores qualified as winners in five categories based on number of employees. With more than 100 employees in the Greater Orlando area, Ocean Insight competed in the large company category.

According to OBJ, 98% of Ocean Insight employees completed the survey, which was a higher percentage than the average for top-scoring BPTW companies. This result is in keeping with the high level of employee engagement that distinguishes Ocean Insight.
