Message to Our Customers on COVID-19

March 16th, 2020 -- To Our Valued Customers and Partners: We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and to plan for appropriate contingencies to maintain business operations.

Over the past few days we have seen advice and actions in the USA and Europe increase.
We have a responsibility to do our part in stopping or delaying the spread of the virus while continuing to serve our customers, many of whom are the biotech and medical companies contributing directly to COVID-19 efforts.

  • The safety of our team members and our customers is paramount. As we have already done in China, our teams will follow all relevant local guidelines to do our part in controlling the spread of the virus.
  • We continue to operate in all regions and locations. Our teams are here for you.
  • Our supply chain and production are operating as regular. However, in an abundance of caution we are limiting business meetings and any visitors at our facilities.
  • We have facilities and team members around the globe as well as the support and resources of our parent company Halma plc providing us with considerable resilience.
