In this measure, a perfect whiteness is defined as W=100, and T=0 for whiteness W and tint T. These values are only applicable when -3 ≤ T ≤ 3 and W < 40 and less than 5*Y-280. Note that this implementation recomputes the reflective color using a D65 illuminant, regardless of whether the original color was measured using a different illuminant or in emissive mode.
