Product Details
Our lab-grade and premium-grade Visible-NIR optical fiber assemblies are durable, high-quality patch cords that deliver uniform results with minimal signal variance. Patch cords act as both illumination and read fibers and connect easily to Ocean Insight spectrometers, light sources and sampling accessories.
Visible-NIR patch cords are low OH fibers that transmit most efficiently from 400-2100 nm. UV-Visible (300-1100 nm) and solarization-resistant (180-800 nm and 200-1100 nm) options are also available.
Product Overview
- UV-Visible transmission -- high OH fibers transmit well from 400-2100 nm
- Jacketing options -- PVDF zip tube jacket
- SMA connector -- One standard hex-nut SMA connector and one keyed hex-nut SMA connector for mating to spectrometer
- Linear -- 7 fibers arranged in a line configuration (linear) at one end and a circular configuration (round) at the other end
- Convenient handling -- Improves coupling efficiency when using a spectrometer with a tall detector, such as the QE Pro, Maya, or NIRQuest
- Robust -- great for lab, field and industrial use
