Ocean Insight makes available high-quality glass filters that absorb light energy in certain regions of the spectra. These OF2 series filters fit easily into our light sources and sample holders for a variety of applications, and are available as single filters or as part of a kit.
High-pass optical filters allow light to transmit at wavelengths greater than the cutoff wavelength, and are useful for blocking second-order effects and excitation energy in fluorescence setups. The OF2-HPKIT-UV-VIS filter kit comprises filters with cutoff wavelengths ranging from 295 nm to 455 nm.
